Kim Kardashian’s friend Larsa Pippen was in El Lay planning to spend time with her pregnant friend, when out popped a baby!
So, the former Real Housewives of Miami star stopped by the hospital and saw the baby girl. She gushed:

“[Kim is] doing great. She’s feeling really good and excited and the baby is so freaking cute. She’s so cute.”

And Larsa added that Kanye West ├óΓé¼┼ôis so cute. He doesn’t leave the room. He’s, like, in love with the baby. It’s so cute.”
