Girls creator Lena Dunham recently pissed off some people in Detroit after jokingly implying the city had a high rate of obesity…
But we fear that’s nothing compared to the wrath she will incur when Rihanna hears about her opinions concerning Riri’s contentious relationship with Chris Brown!!
The 26-year-old writer recently expressed during an interview:
“[Being a role model] is amazing. It├óΓé¼Γäós an amazing thing and it├óΓé¼Γäós like, it├óΓé¼Γäós a platform that you have to take seriously. Which is why sometimes it├óΓé¼Γäós like I used to be really into Rihanna, that pop star, and then it├óΓé¼Γäós like again, I don├óΓé¼Γäót want to ever throw stones from my glass house, but I follow her on Instagram and I just think about how many little girls beyond what I could even comprehend are obsessed with Rihanna. Like you know, she left Barbados, she├óΓé¼Γäós had this amazing career, she├óΓé¼Γäós won a Grammy.
She├óΓé¼Γäós talented. And then she gets back together with Chris Brown and posts a million pictures of them smoking marijuana together on a bed. And it cracks my heart in half in a way that makes me feel like I├óΓé¼Γäóm 95 years old.”
Rihanna’s willingness to unconditionally love Breezy IS upsetting!
It IS so sad that such an amazing, talented individual such as Rihanna keeps falling back into the arms of a man who obviously disrespects her — and has done so with his FISTS!
And like Lena pointed out, how must that look to her millions of young fans?! Their love may be “nobody’s business” but she MAKES it people’s business when she displays it all over the internetz!
We just hope that one day Riri wakes up from her hazy, weed-soaked Chris Brown-themed dreams and realizes she deserves infinitely better than a dude who would use his hands to solve a problem and who BLATANTLY f*cks around with other chicks.
