Some businesses you just can’t get good customer service, and apparently Jessica Alba‘s might be one of them.

So Leslie Jones took her complaint straight to the source, calling out the co-founder on Twitter!
She wrote:
We still aren’t sure exactly how the company screwed up three of her orders in a row, but the squeaky wheel got the grease!
Jessica responded just three hours later, writing:
Ah, the power of social media. (When you have nearly a million Twitter followers anyway. LOLz!)
