Tuesday night on The Late Show, Stephen Colbert addressed the recent news that King Digital Entertainment — the creator of Candy Crush — was bought for $5.9 billion last week by Activision Blizzard.
Yes, you read that number right!

As the late night host HIGHlariously pointed out:
“That’s even more than Disney paid for Star Wars or approximately how much I would pay to see the next Star Wars movie right now!”
In light of this news, Colbert announced it won’t be long before we see a Candy Crush movie. Stephen went on to say that even though the film doesn’t exist yet, he has a clip form the flick — starring Liam Neeson as Mr. Toffee!
