Liam Payne Threatens Lawsuit Against San Antonio Bar After Shouting Match & Near Brawl Over GF!

Liam Payne bar fight San Antonio Texas

Liam Payne had a tough night out in Texas on Friday — and afterwards, it had him heated enough that he was threatening a lawsuit over the whole altercation!

The former One Direction star was at a bar called the Silver Fox in San Antonio on the evening after Thanksgiving, hanging out in the south Texas town with his Instagram model girlfriend, Maya Henry. Well, Maya’s reportedly only 18 or 19 years old, so, very early on in the night the pair had some trouble getting her inside the bar — and that’s where the trouble started.

According to TMZ, which has video of the incident (see it HERE), the former boy band member and his gal pal were first able to get in to the bar, and hung out for a while, before they left at one point early on in the evening. When they returned later in the night, the bar’s bouncers didn’t take too kindly to them trying to get back in, and held them up at the entrance. And that’s when all the s**t hit the fan!

At one point, Liam was pushed to the ground by bouncers — hence all the dirt on his back in the video — after which he popped right back up and started his shouting match. You can hear him yell at one point in the clip, too, with the former 1D heartthrob calling out, “Don’t f**king push me again. I swear to God I’ll lay your ass out.” Hmmm… OK, boy band member! LOLz!

Eventually, seeing they were getting nowhere with the bar’s bouncers, Liam and Maya went elsewhere. Police were not called at the time, and it doesn’t appear there’s any investigation going on now — just a tough end to a night out for the British boy band crooner and his super-young GF.

Instagram Accusations!

Interestingly enough, hours later, Liam took to his Instagram Stories and made an accusation that he’d been “jumped” by three of the bouncers at the bar.

Payne went so far as to tag the establishment in the post along with threats that he was going to sue them because of it (below):

“Three of your bouncers just jumped me for no reason,” the former One Direction star claimed on Instagram early Saturday morning. He later deleted the post. / (c) Liam Payne/Instagram

Wow.

Liam later deleted all trace of the post from his IG account, though, so who knows what’s going on. There’s been no comment yet from his team about the incident, though he did post a pic of himself and Henry hours afterwards on Saturday morning, as you can see (below):

Interesting…
