After painstaking hours of deliberation, Lifetime has cancelled the upcoming special on the Playboy wedding called Marrying Hef, probably because there isn’t going to be a wedding anymore… nah! That couldn’t possibly be the reason!
The channel had planned to do the 2-hour docu-special for months, but shockwaves hit with the news that Crystal Harris had called off the engagement with Hugh just days before the wedding.
At least they didn’t already shoot it somehow, like the cover of this Friday’s Playboy that has Crystal on the cover as “Mrs. Crystal Hefner.”
Either way, bummer!
He’s only 85, Lifetime! Maybe there’ll be another wedding down the road!
