Always seems to be a loophole in celebrity crime!
Since Lindsay Lohan faces the repercussions of FOUR CHARGES during her probation period — the most recent being the charge from her alleged assault against another Avenue clubber — sources say she’s seeking mercy through rehab.
The insiders believe she’ll throw herself to the judge with the promise of a six-month rehab vaca! Cuz hey, it’s better than 237 days behind bars, right??
Of course, as one source puts it:
“Because of jail overcrowding in Los Angeles though she would only serve 25 percemt of that time. The City Attorney will ask the judge to max Lindsay out and send her to jail.”
So only time will tell of what’s to come of Lindsay’s legal fate.
We’re actually hoping for rehab regardless. Jail is punishment, but will she really be a changed woman once she leaves?? Or will the cold bars just make her harder?
We say rehab AND therapy — jail or not!!
