Everyone’s pretty much moved passed Lindsay Lohan’s whole “altercation” right before she left the Betty Ford Clinic. Everyone, that is, except for the Riverside County DA. He’s calling for a further investigation on the incident.
We’re hearing that District Attorney Elect Paul Zellerbach met with his lead investigator and prosecutor this morning to talk about his mission to find something to pin on Lindsay from her rehab scuffle, even though no one else seems interested in pressing charges against her, including Betty Ford Center employee Dawn Holland.
But Mr. Zellerbach wants her prosecuted, for some reason, and has deemed whatever the Palm Desert Police turned over insufficient. So, the DA’s office is insisting it needs more information in order to decide whether to charge Lindsay or not. We don’t think the Palm Desert PD will take much issue with that as they too seem eager to push for a probation violation charge against LiLo.
Uh-oh. We don’t know what you did to piss this DA off LiLo, but we think you might end up paying for it in the end.
We’d keep on the straight and narrow until this is all sorted out, if you know what we mean.
