Well… it’s safe to say that Little Miss Lilo is majorly screwed.
Thursday morning, Lindsay Lohan was reportedly arrested and charged with assault after throwing punches in a NYC nightclub.
NOW we hear that today is also the day when the Santa Monica City Attorney will finally charge Linds with not one, but THREE MORE crimes in regard to her car crash last June.
You remember when her porsche smashed into an 18-wheeler on the Pacific Coast Highway and Lindsay apparently said she was not driving the vehicle, when in fact, she was? Yeah, that whole mess.
Besides her ASSAULT CHARGE, the Santa Monica authorities are apparently charging Lindsay with:
A) Reckless driving (up to 90 days in jail)
B) Obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty (up to 1 year in jail)
C) Lying to a police officer (up to 90 days in jail)
Lindsay’s probation for her jewelry theft — which maintained she must obey ALL laws — will be revoked once Lindsay appears in an LA court (which will be VERY soon), and the process of determining Lindsay’s jail sentence will begin.
And it is likely to be a hell of a lot lengthier than just a few days behind bars.
