Lindsay Lohan Off The Hook! Prosecution Laughs At Hit & Run Case!!

Well that’s one pile of drama she doesn’t have to worry about anymore!
Remember how we told you that this one’s the hit-and-run case had finally been sent to the D.A.???
Welll…after accusing Lindsay Lohan of giving him more than a love tap back in March, Hookah Lounge manager Thaer Kamal has apparently changed his story so much, prosecutors rejected the case!!
According to them, Kamal is a “non-credible witness” who refused to cooperate with law enforcement – including his reluctance to produce medical records.
We bet she’s super relieved! Too bad the same isn’t going for that assault case… But hey! It wouldn’t be the life of LiLo without ongoing drama, now would it??
