The threat of jail is looming once again for Lindsay Lohan.
As we reported earlier, she’s planning on leaving the Betty Ford Center after docs took away her precious Adderall.
But, the problem is, if she changes her rehab one more time, Judge Dabney will most likely haul her off to jail, especially since he made it very clear that he’s expecting her to honor the terms of her plea deal.
A source said:
“The judge overseeing Lindsay├óΓé¼Γäós case has made it crystal clear that if she defies the agreement, it├óΓé¼Γäós jail time. Judge Dabney signed off on Betty Ford and he expects her to remain there for 90 days. If she does, that will be a violation of her probation and the judge will send her to jail.”
Hmm, let’s weigh the options here… 90 days in a posh treatment center or 90 days behind bars. Is her drug of choice really worth jail time??
