Hmm… we wonder how sympathetic this judge is.
Lindsay Lohan is embroiled in a lawsuit involving her 6126 leggings, which she says the brand Bebe knocked off.
Well, LiLo failed to make it to her court date in December, and the court found her in default.
However, the 27-year-old explained that it was her miscarriage which caused her to miss her court date:
“I apologize to the court in the delay in seeking relief but I have been overwhelmed since leaving rehab and dealing with my sobriety and a miscarriage.”
A miscarriage is an awful thing to happen to anyone, and it’s certainly a reason to need a few days to yourself.
Unfortunately it can be a part of life, like sobriety. In fact, Lindsay will struggle with sobriety daily, so does that mean she gets out of going to court forever?
Um, no.
