Not only does Mark Heller not have a valid California license, but the lawyer he hired to sponsor him, Lindsay Berger Sacks, isn’t aware that she is sponsoring him.
We’re not that savvy in law, but we’re pretty sure that’s a BAD thing.
Berger Sacks, who just reinstated her license last week after 17 years of inactivity, hasn’t had ANY contact with Mark at all!
A mutual friend of the lawyers, Peter Toumbekis, actually contacted Berger Sacks and she thought she was signing paperwork to sponsor Toumbekis, NOT HELLER!
The court room is going to be a circus, but would we expect anything less from our LiLo?!
