Lindsay Lohan's Going To Trial! Refuses Plea Deal!

We hope you know what you’re doing, girl. There’s no turning back now!
It has just been announced that Lindsay Lohan will NOT be accepting the plea deal offered to her by Judge Schwartz in her felony grand theft case and thus will be going to trial next month.
Reportedly, Lindsay met with her lawyer yesterday afternoon to discuss all their options, but ultimately, Lindsay fervently stands behind her innocence that she is willing to risk facing serious jail time to prove it.
Now, her fate rests in the hands of Judge Sautner, who is described as a “tough but fair judge.” If she has enough evidence to prove that she never stole a thing that fateful day in Venice, then she could walk away from this scot-free. However, that all depends on how Judge Sautner plans to handle her case in regards to her probation. The way the system works, Lindsay could be thrown in jail for a probation violation BEFORE she even stands trial for her theft charges.
Gotta say, we really think you should have taken that plea deal, LiLo. We have a bad feeling that this plan of attack is not going to end the way you want it to. But it’s your life. All you can do is be true to yourself and what you believe.
