All it took to get Lindsay Lohan to open up about her personal life was two Australian radio DJ’s!?
Who knew!
Fresh off her glorious Sundance appearance, LiLo called in to KIIS 1065’s Breakfast Show Kyle & Jackie O to dish on her OWN show, debuting in March!
The starlet confessed her docuseries about “life experiences, growing up, taking care of yourself and learning your boundaries,” was extremely hard to film, but she knew cameras needed to be there to capture her journey:
“In the beginning, it was a little bit difficult because a lot of stuff people on the show were expecting me to do I wasn’t ready to do yet, so we had to move slower and step back a bit. But, it’s also a blessing because so many people have so many misconceptions about me, you know, why I wouldn’t just want to have the cameras there to show the truth.”
We know it’s been a bumpy road for the OWN production staff, as rumors of delayed schedules and diva behavior were recently revealed—but we have a feeling the show will go off without a hitch!
Lindz also opened up about something she rarely talks about—her partying past and present!
The Mean Girls actress confessed she can still go out with pals, but doesn’t feel pressure to challenge her sobriety:
“I’m around people that go out, and people that drink. I wouldn’t go out with my friends and expect them to not have a drink and that I have to do the same things they’re doing. I can still go out and still have fun…and if I don’t have anything to do the next day, I can go out and be social. I had a lot of people in my life that weren’t necessarily the best influences. I don’t really have people in my life like that anymore so I don’t end up in situations where I have to compromise myself as a person.”
