The El Lay Country DA is satisfied that LiLo has completed the terms of her probation and the DA will accept the Probation Department’s report.
On top of that, there will be no objection to Judge Stephanie Sautner‘s termination of Linds’ probation on her DUI case in Bev Hills.
As for the five finger discount jewelry case, the El Lay City Attorney may allow Lindsay to change her formal probation, to informal probation, where as long as she keeps out of trouble (for 2.5 years), she’s a TRULY free girl!
