Lindsay Lohan will continue to rehab in Cali!

Earlier, we reported Linds was leaving her current program at Cliffside Malibu for a new facility — the Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, NY.
After apparently considering the proposition, the prosecutor and judge in her case would not allow another move!
A source revealed that neither:
“the judge nor the prosecutor would sign off on another rehab move for Lindsay, if she requested. It was made clear that allowing her to leave Betty Ford for Cliffside would be a one-time occurrence.”
It’s not like her safety and sobriety are in danger like it was at Betty Ford, rightttt?
The source explains that LiLo is doing faboosh in her current program:
“Lindsay is receiving excellent treatment at Cliffside and responding well. She hasn’t asked to go to another facility. She is happy with her current situation, and doesn’t want to leave.”
SO she didn’t request a facility change at all? Huh?!
All this rehabbin’ is tre-confusing!
Lindsay is expected to finish her treatment in August.
