After being slapped with a physical assault accusation from a woman claiming Lindsay Lohan pushed and shoved her at the Standard hotel in LA this past Thursday night, Lindsay has decided to ask authorites to investigate the claim.
Did you know filing a false police report is a crime in CA and punishiable by up to 6 months in jail? Lindsay does!
The little redhead that could says she was home Thursday night watching Homeland, thus in no way could she have entered into a physical altercation at The Standard at the same time, unless she had suddenly sprouted super powers.
There is NO EVIDENCE that places Lindsay at the supposed crime scene.
Lilo’s attorney Shawn Holley states:
“If it’s true that someone made false accusations against Ms. Lohan and reported those false claims to police, we will take appropriate action — which includes seeking the prosecution of that individual.”
