We all know the deal – Lindsay was ordered to 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab.
But now sources are saying that she could get special treatment if Judge Marsha Revel orders her to attend a special program for addicts.
In what is called the Impact Program, inmates attend an intense 12-step program for five hours a day, seven days a week.
But the catch is that if the judge does order her to the inmate program, she would have to serve the full 90 days behind bars.
So what what would be the best plan for Lindsanity?? Going to jail where she will most likely only serve 20-25 days and then attend a fancy, posh celeb rehab center – or commit to only 90 days behind bars where she will apparently get the help she needs and will ignore?
Hmm, we don’t know. Choices, choices.
