What a lucky break for Lindsay Lohan!
The wacktress arrived for her court appearance this morning with her lawyer who updated the judge on Lindsay’s progress in the program. They asked for a leave of absence from the program and to extend her probation for one year so she can successfully complete the program.
The reason? Lindsay is moving to Texas.
WHAT? Did she get a job there or something? That would be a surprise!
The judge agreed to the one year extension of probation, but the DA warned that if they have to “jump through hoops” for Lindsanity again that she should expect jail time!
Another progress hearing will take place in December and Lindsay will continue to complete her required classes including both individual and group alcohol classes as well as some much needed self-help sessions.
Better stay on the straight and narrow LiLo or you could be headed for the slammer!
