Lingerie Store Required To Have Food Permit!?

Say what!?
Texas lingerie store Shades of Love is required to carry a food permit because they’re selling edible underwear and other naughty treats!
The permit costs about $230 each year and the “food establishment” is now subject to health inspections.
Kind of ridiculous if you ask us, but the city of San Antonio is sticking to their guns no matter how absurd it sounds.
