Linkin Park is honoring the life of their late front man, Chester Bennington.
Taking to Twitter on Tuesday, bassist David “Phoenix” Farrell and the remaining band members released a statement thanking fans “around the world for the tremendous outpouring of love, which has strengthened our spirit during this incredibly difficult time.”

They also announced a “special public event in Los Angeles to honor Chester’s memory” that will be held at an unannounced date.
