Designer Lloyd Klein‘s staff walked out on their boss last week after their paychecks bounced.

Klein, who is known for his couture gowns that cost beaucoups of money, has conveniently been on vacation in the Mediterranean for the past month and hasn’t told the company’s president John Arguelles when he’d be back.
Arguelles tried to do some kind of damage control, saying “The economy has been brutal, but we reimbursed the checks with cash the next day.”
What a cop out.
The only people that didn’t walk were the interns because they’re not paid, even though they should be. They’ve been busy drawing up 500 sketches for Klein’s next collection and then e-mailing them to him.
Llyod sounds like an awesome boss, doesn’t he?
