Lori Loughlin & Mossimo Giannulli Put Their Six-Bedroom Mansion Up For Sale Amid College Admissions Scandal!

Mossimo Giannulli Lori Loughlin selling Bel-Air mansion for $28 million

Looks like Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli may be on the move pretty soon!

The embattled couple at the center of the college admissions scandal has put their massively expensive Bel-Air mansion up for sale! And judging by their asking price — and their history of navigating the real estate market — these two are looking for quite the payday!

According to TMZ, the couple’s six bedroom, nine (!) bathroom home is going for a cool $28,650,000 — which is more than double what they paid for it when they first purchased the place back in 2015!

Now, before we all get carried away with this one, sources are claiming to the outlet that this has nothing to do with the couple’s ongoing involvement in the aftermath of their legal battle (uh-huh!), and they’d be selling their house like this whether or not they were ever involved in this massively expensive upcoming trial (OK!).

To be fair to the Full House alum and her fashion designer hubby, though, they have had a pattern of doing this with homes.

Mossimo has a “passion for architecture,” according to the news outlet, and every few years they move into a new home, update it, and then re-list it at a higher price. They first bought this home in 2015 for $13 million. Then, they put it on the market back in 2017 asking for $35 million (!), only to take it back off the market a year later. Rich people!

Still, for a cool $28 mil you’d get 12,000-square feet on a golf course in Bel-Air — one of the swankiest areas in Los Angeles — along with the satisfaction knowing you’re living in the house that Olivia Jade built… or, something like that. LOLz!!!

Oh, and one other thing…

Realtors working with super-expensive homes like this typically walk away with a 5% cut of the purchase price, which is split evenly between the buyer’s agent and that of the seller. For a full-price offering on this house, then, that means the commission should be about $1.43 million, split between the two agents. Per reports on this sale, though, Loughlin and Giannulli have apparently decreed the commission gets maxed out at $1 million — and nothing more. Gotta save that extra $430,000 when you’re about to make $15 million or so on a home sale, right?! **rolls eyes**

What do U think, Perezcious readers?! Are Lori and Mossimo trying to save money for the trial?! And more to the bigger point — does this home sale really not have anything to do with their upcoming courtroom showdown?? What’s really going on here?!
