Louis V Sues WB For Using A Knockoff In The Hangover II

Really?
Louis Vuitton is suing Warner Bros. for using a Louis V knockoff in The Hangover II because apparently their lawyers have nothing better to do.
The clip that has Louis V’s panties in a wad is the one where Zach Galifianakis snaps at Ed Helms for putting his bag on the floor, telling him “Careful, that is.. that is a Louis Vuitton.”
Vuitton claims Warner Bros. failed to get permission to use their trademark in the film and to add insult to injury they used a fake.
The French fashion house is asking for damages as well as an injunction to stop WB from distributing the movie until the scene is deleted.
