Luann de Lesseps seems to finally be in the clear!
As you know, we previously reported the Real Housewives of New York star struck a plea deal back in July, in response to her December 2017 Palm Beach arrest for battery, trespassing and disorderly intoxication.
Well, the Florida judge ruling over the reality TV starlet’s case has officially approved her plea deal.

If you need a breakdown, here’s what this means for the 53-year-old:
-She’ll have to complete 50 hours of community service
-Attend two AA meetings per week
-She cannot consume or possess illegal drugs and/or alcohol
-Attend a Victim Impact Class organized by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD)
And lastly, the Bravolebrity must write an apology letter to Deputy Steven O’Leary, which she’s already checked off her list of to-do’s.
The real silver lining here is that de Lesseps can focus on the next chapter of her life, without doing it behind bars!
