Luann de Lesseps has reached a plea deal following her arrest in Palm Beach, Florida back in December 2017.
As we previously reported, the Real Housewives of New York star recently checked herself into rehab, seeking treatment for stress resulting from a lawsuit filed by her ex-husband and children. But now the 53-year-old reality TV star is finally dealing with her arrest for disorderly intoxication, battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and threatening a public servant.

According to court documents obtained by E! News, Lesseps has plead guilty to all four charges above, and the State of New York has dished out a one-year probation sentence for the Bravolebrity.
The probation states that Lesseps pay all applicable fines and court costs, perform 50 hours of community service, attend two Alcohol Anonymous meetings per week, and attend a Victim Impact Class by Mothers Against Drunk Drivers. She must also refrain from consuming any alcohol or illegal drugs, and she is subject to random testing. She is also required to submit a letter of apology to Deputy Steven O’Leary, which she has already done.
All things considered, this isn’t the absolute worst case scenario for Lesseps. Between this rehab stint and all the requirements of her probation, we hope our RHONY fave can use this year to get her life back on track.
