A “legal loophole” has come to her rescue!

According to reports, London police probably won’t hit the hocialite up with drug charges because they can’t prove what exactly it is that Peaches bought in the now infamous video.

Cokate Moss escaped charges two years ago after she was filmed snorting a substance because police could not prove it was drugs. The failure to prosecute her was condemned by politicians and anti-drug campaigners.

We’re expecting those same figures to rant and rave about Peaches escaping punishment soon.
