Lungs Found On Sidewalk

That’s not a play on words or anything.
A pair of lungs from some large mammal were found on an El Lay sidewalk.
The coroner’s office doesn’t actually know if they’re from a human or animal yet.
They could be improperly disposed medical waste, they could be a dog’s, they could be anything.
Maybe a black market organ deal went bad.
Sheriff Sergeant Pauline Panis said:

“We don’t know if it’s even human. We don’t even know what was found. I can’t even tell you; it might be a dog.”

This is weird and gross.
We hope they’re medical waste.
We don’t want to know the story behind how a person’s lungs could end up on the sidewalk.
