And clearly there was a very strict memo going around about what to wear — though it’s easy to see why Lupita passed.

Wearing a sequined silver gown with a plunging neckline and form-hugging fit, the actress looked like the belle of the ball party!
Meanwhile, Julia, Penelope, Kate, and Isabella were chic in black ensembles, ranging from a sleek suit to a lacy gown!
Way to bring the va-va-voom, ladies! You all slayed it!
