Madonna's Routine REVEALED By Her Personal Trainer!

Madonna‘s personal trainer Nicole Winhoffer was with Madonna when the icon opened up her eighth location of Hard Candy Fitness. This time – in Toronto!
Madonna actually sweated it out with some lucky gym members on opening day with Nicole Winhoffer. Winhoffer actually designed the cardio and toning sessions based off of her private workouts with Madonna.
Here’s how Nicole Winhoffer described them:

“[The classes] are challenging and you will get a full body workout. Dance is key and a big part of our workout.”

As for the exercises themselves – Nicole Winhoffer broke down what a normal exercising day with Madonna consists of. She said:

“We warm up always! I change her program every week. This is important to shock the body. Without change, you can’t achieve results. We love to work on triceps, obliques, and of course, my favorite part ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ the butt! One of our favorite moves is the plank on chair butt press. We get into the plank position with one foot on a chair and the other leg bent with knee on the ground. Kick the bent leg back and return the knee to the ground. It’s a full body move and a butt-lifter!”

One very important feature of Madonna’s workout program is music, of course! That beat gets that body moving!
As Nicole Winhoffer explains:

“The beat dictates my movement and rhythm for her program. One of my favorites is Offer Nissim├óΓé¼Γäós remix of [Madonna’s] Frozen. It is such a sick beat and gets our adrenaline going.”

Sounds like Madonna takes her exercising seriously! At least Nicole Winhoffer seems up to the task of getting the maximum potential out of every single workout Madonna partakes in!
And from the way the personal trainer describes it – they’re having a lot of fun each and every time!
