While male leggings have been werking their way down the fashion runways for years, are we ready for meggings to become mainstream??
Chicago company, Meggings Man, totes thinks so!!
Co-founders Adam Freck and Andrew Volk’s online store offers 15 styles as of now, all modified to fit the male form, complete with faux zippers and wide waist bands.
From a simple black pair to star spangled and metallic, the options are almost endless, especially when they can be layered.
And while we can picture meggings being worn to the gym or a night out, we’re curious how work-appropriate these figure package hugging bottoms are.
Sounds like it could be a Human Resources nightmare. LOLz!
But why should women get to have all the fun of wearing the flexible pieces??
Scott Schuman, founder of The Sartorialist, says:
“They were put out as a scientific fabric that can breathe, which is why I think guys felt comfortable about it.”
