We’re not sure we can ever watch Here Comes Honey Boo Boo in the same way — Mama June is almost completely blind!
We had no idea! We mean, she’s complained about her sight on the show before, we just didn’t know the whole story!
Apparently when she was a kid, she had childhood cataracts! Now, her vision is constantly blurry and she’s actually legally blind because those cataracts that were not properly treated!
Here’s what a spokesperson for the show said:
“She can’t have surgery because they believe it could do more harm than good. The damages are that bad.”
We wish there was something she could do with her newfound fame and fortune, but it doesn’t sound like there is! Such a bummer!
At least it seems like she gets around just fine!
Let’s hope Honey Boo Boo doesn’t get those cataracts!
