Mama June Shannon is proudly showing off her weight loss — and here’s how she did it!
In case you’re not aware, the 45-year-old reality TV star has been on a weight loss journey for the past few months, and she’s putting in the work to reach her goals. In a new TikTok video, she revealed she’s down 65 pounds already, and she’s spilling all the tea about how she got there!

In the video, Honey Boo Boo‘s mom revealed she weighed in at 220 lbs, down from 285 lbs, which is no easy feat. And she did it by watching her food intake when she goes out to eat. She showed fans she went to Cheddar’s for lunch, opting for some grilled salmon, corn, and fries. She also revealed an even bigger secret — cooking rather than eating out all the time:
“This is how you eat out whenever you’re on a weight loss journey! And this is the first time, I don’t really eat out I cook.”
