Mandy Moore Is A Windblown Beauty At The Topshop Holiday Celebration

Mandy Moore must’ve gotten a dose of whatever Taylor Swift has; just look at how perfectly her hair floats in the wind!!
The musician slash actress attended the Topshop Holiday Celebration at The Grove in El Lay this past Saturday, where she was looking blue-tifully chic in a baby blue blouse and tight black skirt.
She paired her ensem with a subtly embellished black clutch, gold Graziela Gems earrings, and while we love most of this outfit we were a little thrown off by the white booties!
They stick out like a sore thumb, both color-wise and stylistically. Some simple black pumps would’ve really elevated the look!
