Nine months after announcing their split, Marc Anthony finally filed for divorce from Jennifer Lopez earlier in the week, and apparently, that’s because he finally had the heartbreaking realization that his estranged wife had moved on, and in love, with new BF Casper Smart!
Sources close to the singer reveal that he had hoped to reconcile with J. Lo, and approached her a few weeks ago about giving their marriage another shot! However, he was blindsided and devastated to hear that she, however, was very serious with Casper and wanted to continue with him!
We guess he really thought things would work out in the end.
Not easy to face the reality, sometimes.
We just hope that despite this, they can continue to work together and keep their children the top priority.
It must be gut-wrenching right now, but things will eventually get better, Mark!
