Oprah Winfrey and Marion Cotillard dazzled with some bold colors at the pre-Oscars luncheon in Beverly Hills on Monday.
Marion, who is nominated for Best Actress for her role in the French-Belgian film Two Days One Night, wore Christian Dior — as we have come to expect.

Though she could boast that she was the first to wear a piece from the recently presented Haute Couture S/S 2015 collection, she chose one of the weirdest looks.

The mighty Oprah on the other hand played it safe in a simple, long-sleeved plum dress, matching cutout shoes, and minimal accessories.
She may not have taken a risk like Marion, but she did end up being the better dressed! Though she may be the less memorable of the two.
