Marion Cotillard's Stalker Gets Five-Year Probation & Mental Health Treatment!

marion cotillard stalker probation
Phew!
Teresa Yuan, the woman who pleaded guilty to sending actress Marion Cotillard threats, was sentenced to a five-year probation by the New York federal court on May 17th. In addition to her probation, Teresa has been ordered to undergo mental-health treatment.
The cyber-stalker was taken into custody by the FBI in April 2011 after repeatedly sending emails and videos to Marion’s fan website!
According to court records, one of Teresa’s videos even propositioned Marion to a game of Russion Roulette:

├óΓé¼┼ôYou have only one out of six chances of being shot. You have five out of six chances of living.”

Yikes!
We’re glad the case has been settled. Hopefully, Marion can rest assured and continue to spice up the Cannes Film Festival knowing her harasser is getting the help she needs!
