Case closed!!
Well, at least that’s what it seems like at this point!
As we mentioned earlier, Martha Stewart‘s been involved in a drawn-out legal battle with Macy├óΓé¼Γäós after breaching her exclusive contract with the department store to sell her products at JCPenney.
But following a year of dramz, JCPenney has had enough and decided to drop Martha’s goods from their shelves!
However, their reasons go beyond the never-ending lawsuit — Martha Stewart’s line wasn’t selling and many customers complained that the products were too expensive.
Looks like Macy’s will get their way after all!
