Maryland’s Court of Appeals has just sent pit bulls down a road of destruction…
Judge Dale R. Cathell handed down the ruling that all pit bulls are inherently dangerous.
We totally DEBUNKED this claim on pit bulls before, why can’t folks learn?!!?
The ruling means that all pit bull owners will be held liable for their pooches, even if they do not pose a threat.
The consequences will be dire for pit bulls, including:
Owners having to give up their pet or move
Pit bull strays will increase in number
Pit bull euthanasia will increase at dog shelters
Packs of stray pit bulls could cause fear
Financial burn to taxpayers
This ruling also includes dogs that LOOK like pit bulls.
Sad…we just hope Maryland can see the error of its ways sometime soon…
