Oscar Madison and Felix Unger are coming back to TV!
You probably don’t know who those two are, do you? Well, your parents sure do!
Oscar and Felix were the original Odd Couple, a television series that ran for 5 successful seasons on ABC!
Well, now CBS is trying their luck on this differing duo in a new sitcom starring Matthew Perry!
The Friends favorite will play the role of Oscar. He’s the messy one. His uptight, upscale and often upset roommate Felix will be played by Reno 911! actor Thomas Lennon!
The project will be a multi-camera comedy, a format the Eye Network knows does well with its viewers. Perry is also attached as a producer.
Will this be the series that breaks Matthew’s bad luck streak? Since Friends ended in 2004, Perry’s subsequent TV shows have never lasted over one season!
