Forget you, Michael Bay. Megan Fox wants to be a serious actress.
On the heels of some disappointing movies, Foxy has opted to star in a less franchisey movie for her next flick. She’s just been cast in Friends With Kids, an indie comedy also starring Adam Scott and Kristen Wiig about a pair of best friends who decide to have a kid, but date other people. Foxy will play one of the girls Adam’s character goes out with.
We’re told by people close to the project that execs found her audition “spot on” and are very excited to have her aboard.
Let’s hope the experience is worth her while! It’d be nice if people started taking her seriously.
