The actress took the runway at the Liverpool Fashion Fest in Mexico City, Mexico, donning a feathered black gown with embellishments and a cutout midriff!

This was all while her husband Brian Austin Green defended their four-year-old son Noah‘s decision to wear dresses!
Amazing!
Megan also modeled a few other outfits on the catwalk, just to prove she was the star of the show!
