Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Considering Move To California??

Could it be possible? Could Meghan Markle and Prince Harry really be considering moving right into our backyard?

That’s the hot new rumor surrounding the Sussexes after they got candid about their latest troubles in the surprisingly revealing documentary Harry & Meghan: An African Journey.

The Duke and Duchess are reportedly going to spend a few days visiting Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland, next month, in celebration of Thanksgiving. As the Royal family does not celebrate the holiday, it’s a great time for Meghan to come home and indulge in some American tradition.

According to a Sunday Times report last week, the trip will be part of a six week break from Royal duties for the couple. An insider told the outlet:

“The Duke and Duchess have a full schedule of engagements and commitments until mid-November, after which they will be taking some much-needed family time.”

Now The Sun is reporting something surprising being whispered behind palace walls: this visit may be the first step in a partial move to the United States!

According to the rumor, the couple are considering a partial relocation, setting up a second base of operations in which to spend half their time.

A royal source told the outlet some royal staff working for Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles are concerned the move is a possibility:

“There’s an acceptance that things haven’t worked out with the Sussexes full-time in Windsor so they could have a second base in America.”

The move would make sense for Meghan, who spilled about the difficulty she’d had upon starting her new life during an interview for the bombshell doc:

“It’s hard. I don’t think anybody can understand that [being the constant subject of tabloids], but in all fairness, I had no idea. Which probably sounds difficult to understand here, but when I first met my now-husband my friends were really happy because I was so happy. But my British friends said to me, ‘I’m sure he’s great but you shouldn’t do it because the British tabloids will destroy your life.’ And I very naively — I’m an American we don’t have that there — said, ‘What are you talking about? That doesn’t make any sense! I’m not in tabloids!’ I didn’t get it. So, it’s been… yeah, it’s been complicated.”

Obviously there are tabloids in the States, but it’s nothing like what they face in the UK; Harry and Meghan are currently involved in lawsuits against multiple British publications for invasion of privacy.

In Los Angeles, obviously there would be paparazzi — but there are also tons of movie stars, so everyone is a lot more chill about it. At least, in theory.

If the Sussexes find this to be true during their holiday visit, they’ll definitely have something to be thankful for.
