Since his violent and scandalous relationship with Oksana Grigorieva became public knowledge, Mel Gibson’s locked himself away, Howard Hughes style, in his house to avoid the media. When Summit Entertainment wanted to get his input on the final cut of his movie, The Beaver, they had to send the DVD with a courier to his house.
Once he had screened it, the DVD was placed back in his mailbox so that the courier service could return and bring it back to Summit. The DVD was place back in the box at 10:45 AM Wednesday morning. When the courier arrived at 2:30 PM, the DVD was missing. Someone had stolen it! Dun dun duuuuuun!
Now, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department has mounted a full-on investigation. They will not rest until the person who unlawfully removed the DVD from Mel’s mailbox is found ,tarred and feathered and punished by the full extent of the law!
We’re just kidding. It’s being considered a petty theft. Missing cats are getting more attention from the police than this.
We expect to see the flick leaked on the internet in 3….2….1….
