On #TransformationTuesday, the Shahs of Sunset star shared a naked selfie on Instagram to prove that confidence comes from within.

The 45-year-old wrote:
“Today more than ever we WOMEN are standing up to repressive, archaic ideologies. We are learning to make decisions regardless of judgement by others or prejudices of age, shape, origin.. A majority of my followers are WOMEN. #selfconfidence is determined by yourself. Everyone else’s opinion is fundamentally irrelevant. #bodyconfidence”
The Bravo personality also gave a shoutout to trainer Craig Ramsay for getting her in tiptop shape!
Miz Javid married boyfriend Tommy Feight on April 21 in West Hollywood, California.
