Yesterday morning, The Today Show said a fond farewell to Meredith Vieira, who said her final “good morning” to her faithful audience just moments ago.
It looks like Meredith brought along her pup Jasper to help her stay strong! How sweet?
Here last show featured video tributes and fans in the plaza with signs up high reading “We’ll miss you Meredith.” But at the end of the show, the entire cast and crew marched through the NBC offices serenading Meredith with a joyous rendition of “Don’t Stop Believing.” (click HERE to see the ridiculousness.)
We’re so glad Jasper was there to keep her grounded.
Staring today, Ann Curry will sit alongside Matt Lauer as his new, trusted co-host and Meredith will take the next step in her career.
