The pouf-y, layered skirt on Solange Knowles‘ Met Gala dress is certainly ball gown-esque, but the short length is totally flirty and not formal.
It’s perfect for dancing, at the very least!
Beyonc├â┬⌐’s little sister chose a tangerine 3.1 Phillip Lim number with surplice neckline to fashion’s biggest event, and we can’t quite decide if we love it, like it, or hate it.
We know for sure that we love her short straight ‘do, though!
