Mandy Moore Looks Like A Goth Girl At Prom Rather Than An A-Lister On The Met Gala Red Carpet -- Sorry!

Not a fan.
On Monday evening, Mandy Moore popped up on the Met Gala red carpet and we can’t say we’re loving her look. While we respect the This Is Us actress’ attempt at dressing for the avant-garde theme, we didn’t enjoy the black Michael Kors gown she wore.
Although the industry vet’s stylist Erica Cloud defended that the ensemble was meant to be an ode to Rei Kawakubo (the Japanese designer who inspired this year’s event), the A Walk To Remember alum still seemed to miss the mark at the fashion forward bash. Not only is black waaaaay to safe of a choice, but it also made Mandy look pale AF.
Hopefully, Moore does better next year. Fingers crossed!
