Where’s the love?!

While we had out own list of snubs, some Hollywood stars have come forward and voiced their opinions that their movies deserved more love than they got from The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
Despite being nominated, both Michael Fassbender and Jennifer Jason Leigh came forward to express their shock and share their thoughts on their flicks not being being recognized in more categories!
Fassbender revealed in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that he felt the screenwriter of Steve Jobs, Aaron Sorkin, — who won the Golden Globes for Best Screenplay — deserved to be recognized. The X-Men actor said of his writer:

“It’s baffling, but that’s why I was saying that I feel privileged. You can never take these things for granted. I’m just baffled by that.”

Leigh felt a bit stronger as she said that Quentin Tarantino, the director of The Hateful Eight, deserved SEVERAL more awards as the film was only nominated in two categories — her supporting actress nom, and best original score.

Jennifer claimed her flick should have been recognized for:

“Best picture, best director, best writing, everything. I love the movie so much.”

Ice Cube, who was a producer on Straight Outta Compton, told Wendy Williams he isn’t “surprised” about not receiving more recognition.:

“I’m not pissed. I’m not surprised. It’s the Oscars, they do what they do.”

Seeing as how the Oscars only nominated white actors and actresses for their awards, do you think Cube was throwing some shade?
